1. Services

Elevate Outdoors provides seasonal outdoor services such as gutter cleaning, leaf cleanup, snow removal, and holiday light installation. Service availability may vary depending on weather conditions and scheduling.

2. Estimates & Payments

  • All prices provided are estimates and may vary based on property size, service scope, and conditions.

  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed.

  • We accept cash, check, or other payment methods as communicated at the time of booking.

3. Customer Responsibilities

To help us provide safe and efficient service, customers agree to:

  • Ensure clear access to driveways, yards, gutters, and work areas.

  • Remove pets, vehicles, or obstacles that may interfere with service.

  • Inform us of any hazards (loose shingles, weak gutters, hidden objects, etc.).

4. Scheduling & Cancellations

  • Appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Weather or safety concerns may require us to reschedule at no penalty to you.

5. Liability

We take great care when performing services. However, Elevate Outdoors is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage to gutters, roofs, or property.

  • Natural wear and tear (e.g., old shingles, weak gutters, uneven pavement).

  • Delays or cancellations caused by severe weather.

6. Safety

For safety reasons, we may refuse or stop a service if conditions are unsafe (ex: icy roofs, dangerous equipment conditions, aggressive pets).

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
